Located in Belo Horizonte (MG), the Casa Rosada Apartment is situated in a recently constructed high-end residential building on one of the most significant streets in the capital of Minas Gerais. We were invited to handle the interior architecture of one of the apartments.

Our main starting point was to make the most of the linearity of the base floor plan. To create a sense of spaciousness, the dividing wall between the service area was constructed using glass, visually and literally opening up the space.

The existing ceiling height was also utilized, avoiding the use of gypsum ceilings in the social areas to make the environment more expansive, spacious, and inviting. The exposed concrete slab, in turn, inspired a more raw and industrial aesthetic approach to the interior architecture composition. The chosen furniture is simple, sophisticated, and "sweet," which adds contrast to the environment and softens the "rawness" of the project.
