Designed by architects Carla Cruz and Phil Pinheiro, from the Sala Studio, the 100m² gourmet area with a 180º view of one of the highest points in the city of Belo Horizonte, was designed for leisure time for a couple who love to receive guests and who could be cozy and practical at the same time, with a contemporary atmosphere, clean and with only the essentials, which prioritizes large and monochromatic spaces.

The renovated space foresaw the creation of a new covered external area to house the integrated gourmet space. The roof slab, in the steel deck, became the upper floor, allowing the extension of the master suite. The environment gained an equipped gourmet kitchen, wine cellar, projector for clips during the night, cross ventilation through large sheets of glass that do not obstruct the view, swimming pool and a 9m long vertical garden, through a functional and elegant aesthetic.
