Arq. Bernardo Hinojosa / Arquiplan as Architects

This residence is what we like to call a “blast from the past”, it was a 50 year old house, which was remodeled/redesigned by Arq. Bernardo Hinojosa and his architectural team. It uses natural stone and wood, alongside a mix of contemporary structures that create an excellent modern house.

The pool is a place to soothe our minds, but it also can be utilized for decoration with the proper illumination and specifications. An independent social house was created to hold parties, movie nights, or any variant of social encounters. The garden by day or night has amazing lighting and creates a perfect atmosphere alongside the house. The living room is connected to the pool, enhancing its architecture through the use of side to side sliding window doors. Renovating 50 year old homes is considered quite a challenge and the result isn’t always pleasing for the customers. Well, this is not the case with Casa Valle, a gorgeous residential project that was developed by Arquiplan’s Bernardo Hinojosa. The house rests on a great spot in Mexico’s most luxurious municipality, San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo Leon. Aided further by being surrounded by a luxurious vegetation and very stylish gardens.

The residence is absolutely stunning; it has an eye opening design that amazes anyone who has the pleasure of stepping inside and admiring the spacious, chic interiors. The inside is defined by a rich use of wood and earthy-colored tones. The natural aspect of this residence is embellished with some intriguing decorations that make this home look stylish and unique. The spacious rooms are improved by the natural sunlight that passes through the large windows and warms the place up. A social house was added to the plan and provides entertainment for the guests as well as the owners by offering them an ample space for any party they may desire, watching movies or simply lounging around. The swimming pool and multiple terraces invite you in to relax and enjoy them through the use of modern and cozy interiors; you would never believe this house was 50 years old.
