Cayan Cantara complex is a luxury residential twin towers, located in Umm Suqeim road, which has been designed by the Japanese practice Nikken.
The name Cantara refers to the Arabic word bridge; this bridge is the connecting platform located on level 32, which links both towers. One tower allocates the residential units while the other is operated by the hotel and serviced apartments Rotana.
Four types of apartments are available; studio, one and two bedrooms, and a third one with three bedrooms with additional room for the service. Fitness, F&B and recreational facilities complete the residential and serviced apartments offer.
