Single-family villa built in the Municipality of Ceranova, halfway between Pavia and Milan in Italy, commissioned for sale by the construction company AM Costruzioni Generali, with very high energy efficiency, reaching levels of consumption close to zero, it is the first, within a recent subdivision where it is expected to build others.
The house is not connected to the gas network because it uses an electricity-powered heat pump for both heating and cooling, produced by a 6 kW photovoltaic system, the building's true clean energy engine.
The house has an extremely efficient air conditioning system, both in the generation and in the distribution of the fluid, with an air/water heat pump system - hydronic system, with radiant floor panel distribution for heating and with a Fancoil distribution system on the wall for cooling, everything is integrated by mechanical ventilation (with heat recovery), to manage the air flows and the heat exchange between inside and outside, favoring free contributions.
The perimeter walls were built with the innovative VESESISTEMA system with a metal framework and a trimmed and plastered external coat, consisting of 14cm EPS panels hooked to the metal structure, without the use of glues or dowels, the metal frame (guides and uprights ) was filled with structural cement to fill the thickness between the uprights, the wall with a total thickness of only 32 cm (of which 22 are of insulating materials) allows to reach very low levels of transmittance, an excellent phase shift and a very high mechanical resistance .
