Designed with a simple shape to minimize the realization costs on site, it has been realized without using any single brick. For external walls it has been used a dry construction system of dry wall, consisting of double metal frame walls (Aluzink), with external covering in reinforced concrete slabs (aquapanel Knauf) and internal covering with double plasterboard slabs. This system, compared with traditional methods, allows to diminish costs of construction of 20-30 %, makes easier installations and reduces realization time. Inside the 27 cm walls there are 18 cm of Rockwool. So the house is well insulated and very economical to maintain, avant-garde in terms of eco-sustainability and with a high level on environmental comfort. The shape of the lot, the difference in height, with a significant slope at around 20%, and orientation have suggested to make two slabs of armed foundation located on two terraces with a 2.00 m difference in altitude. The slab realized on upstream terracing includes the living area. The valley slab stands 2 floors one including a basement and one, on top of this, the sleeping area. 8 reinforced concrete pillars supporting the laminated wood beams of the roof against the natural slope of the terrain; The house is covered by a roof with a single inclination and just one gutter for rain water. A curb projecting 25cm from the outer perimeter formed by the alignment of the pillars allows you to hook the plugging system incorporating the same pillars and preventing thermal bridges.
