Casablanca's great tradition is modernity. But here we want to invent a new modernity - a modernity that bears witness to nature and puts people at the heart of its project. There's no brutality here, just an open, inclusive project.

Our project aims to propose a new way of inhabiting the earth, inviting nature and forging a partnership with it, finding its place in everyday life, inside the architecture, to experience it. It's a fractal organization that spatially organizes all the spaces and gradations, from the public and communal to the private and intimate.

To create this campus, we wanted a real, tangible place that would embody it, not simply what would have remained once the entire program had been installed on the plot. We created a park covering the entire 7,000 m² plot. This park lies between the public and open programs on the first floor and the offices on the upper floors. It's a place for sharing, intersecting, living together, and it's here that a sense of belonging and community will be invented.
