Chelak Villa No.04 is located at Chelak, Noshahr, Iran in a small town. This town composed of 8 plots each around 10,000 sqm in area. The lot, where Villa No.4 stands, is sloped and two old trees grace its landscape. A green forest is on the South side of this land and a fine view of the Caspian Sea is visible on the north side. The 2500 sqm villa formed in a way to harness all these features to the best extent. 

The building program and function distribution in this building is established on accessibility and privacy. Different spaces are categorized in three zones; public, private and semiprivate.
