The Vesta factory project is designed on a land area of 13000 square meter, which includes an office building, production building, facility buildings and an entrance gate, and a development plan in the coming years, taking into account the necessary infrastructure for the construction of a production building similar to the existing building. The administrative-laboratory building of this group with an area of 1836 square meters includes two main laboratory and administrative-management wings on two floors.

And the production building includes a protected area with explosion-proof concrete walls for the location of the production reactors and 2 sections of pre- and post-production warehouses. In this project, due to the sensitivity of the production process of chemicals and hazardous substances due to the explosion, the arrangement of the functions and their distances on the site in the heart of the building. It has special importance
