The Chenarpoosh Villa is located in the town of Joupaar near Kerman. This village has a mild and pleasant climate. In this villa design project, we handled the architectural design, landscaping, and interior design. The client requested a triplex villa that includes amenities such as an indoor swimming pool. Considering the client's needs, the basement was designated for recreation and the pool, featuring a yard and good natural lighting.

The ground floor was allocated for a large guest living area, a guest room, a kitchen, and service spaces. The bedrooms and private living area were moved to the upper floor, which has a spacious terrace overlooking the garden. In this project, we aimed to maximize the connection with the garden through terraces and large windows, ensuring that each room has its unique view. An elevator was also installed for inter-floor connectivity.
