The Shabboo Villa is located in the city of Kerman. This duplex villa is designed on a southern plot. In the design of this villa, attention was given not only to separating private and public spaces but also to isolating the bedrooms from one another to maintain tranquility and prevent sound transfer.

Therefore, the parents' bedroom is placed on the top floor without a shared wall with the children's bedrooms. The children's bedrooms are located on the next level, separated by a bathroom. The lower floor is designated for the guest living area, kitchen, and service spaces.

In the design of the villa's façade, a rotation was implemented to block intrusive western light while establishing an interaction with the street. Additionally, the façade features a lattice design to preserve the privacy of the bedrooms.
