The Palm Villa is located in the Baghshahr region of Bam. After the concrete skeleton was constructed, the villa was referred to us for plan modifications and facade design. The design was carried out based on the client's requests. Given that the rooftop of the villa offers a great view of the date palm orchards, we suggested adding a cozy space on the rooftop, along with an elevator for access. Since the only suitable location for the elevator was at the entrance of the building, this section was designed to be two stories high, creating an appropriate break in the facade's height.
