The design team embraced this challenge by thoughtfully layering the space from the arrival experience to the private workspace. Upon entry, visitors are welcomed into an open lounge and café, which serves as both a communal gathering point and a buffer to more focused work areas. Demountable glass partitions create visual transparency, offering glimpses into CI Group’s full product offerings and day-to-day work environment, while still providing the privacy essential to a productive office setting.
An exposed ceiling introduces an industrial edge, underscoring the showroom’s unique aesthetic and CI Group’s product capabilities. Acoustic solutions were carefully integrated to ensure optimal sound quality, allowing the open space to remain comfortable and focused. More than just a showroom, this space serves as a living embodiment of CI Group’s commitment to innovation, functionality, and human-centered design.
The impact of the space goes well beyond its walls. With the new location, CI Group has become an active participant in the local community, hosting events and open panel discussions that spark dialogue and innovation. Through partnerships with organizations such as the Pace Center for Girls and Seminole State College’s Interior Design Program, CI Group helps educate and inspire the next generation of designers.
