Clarion Hotel Oslo

Clarion Hotel Oslo

Banker Wire as Architectural wire

The Clarion Hotel Oslo is located in the Bjørvika district of Oslo, Norway. Since 2000, Bjørvika has undergone urban redevelopment to open up the view of the fjord and created an area with a focus on art and architecture. The Clarion Hotel Oslo is a newly constructed hotel where art at culture are at the forefront. Every part of the hotel is well thought out and holds an artistic modern aesthetic consistent with Bjørvika.

To compliment the Clarion Hotel Oslo’s design, Banker Wire’s S-30 woven wire mesh in stainless steel was used hotel-wide in the rooms as part of desks and wardrobe cabinetry. The S-30 flat wire weave reflects light and color from it’s surroundings to create a unique visual texture. In addition to being beautiful and modern, S-30’s 1/4 inch wide flat wire is substantial and strong making it a great choice for applications where durability and longevity are needed.
