Set up next to MLK Park, on land bordering the old district, the new housing project blends in with a building already present in the block. Our design is to create dynamic, unifying, contemporary architecture in this neighbourhood. Both blocks of our project resonate with the existing building, asserting their identity without standing out. The resulting group reinforces the coherence of the global project. A break between buildings allows the light to flow across the housing, drawing our attention to the centre of the block while avoiding the impact of an imposing barrier.
