CLUM 23 - This villa is located within a quiet pine forested area, in the southern region of the Algarve, Portugal. It is located in a 4200m2 plot, and has a living area of 465m2, all on the ground floor,  with garage and technical zones located in the basement.

The floor plan is organized along an L shaped geometry, from which it develops according to interior and exterior spaces.

The lounge and the bedrooms are directed toward the centre of the 'L' , where the pool and an covered area for outdoor dining are found.

 The interior of the house accompanies the slight slope of the plot with the pool deck, living/ dining, and kitchen areas being 50cm lower than the entrance hall.

Particular attention was paid to provide shaded zones to the most exposed,  south-facing spans and to small patios embedded in the main volume.
