Client ING has chosen the sustainable way of Corporate Social Responsibility with the extension and renovation of the central part of the shopping centre. The main structure of the building remains intact., the shopping surface area has been enlarged within the existing contours, the renovated and colourful identity of the building redefines the urban shopping context. By opening up all shops from the street side the existing social and shopping- technical disadvantages of the existing block have been solved at the same time.
