Designed as a space bespoke to their New York employees, the Colliers office provided an entirely newexperience than their previous locations. The design maximizes the views and proximity to Bryant Park, creating aworkspace uniquely connected to New York City.

The company’s brand is highlighted throughout the space’s modern design along with a minimalist color paletteand textural elements. White marble panels lead from the elevator lobby into a light and airy backdrop of white,light gray and blue accents throughout.

A sculptural slatted wood wall forms a visual focal piece for the intercommunicating stair promoting a strongconnection between the two floors. The stair features a decorative light fixture that creates a canopy to mimic thefeeling of walking through a park that leads employees to the main café and a training room.Collaboration areas are distributed across workstations and private offices to create pathways leading to severalexperiential areas.

This includes spaces such as an oculus room, a music room, a meditation room and learninglounge—all designed for wellness and to enhance the way Colliers’ employees prefer to work.
