Since 1982, Colliers International has established itself as a leading player in commercial real estate brokerage in Quebec, with offices strategically located in downtown Montreal and Quebec City.
As part of the relocation of its offices, Colliers mandated Conceptum to support them throughout the process. From the early stages of pre-lease planning, Conceptum worked closely with the client, who ultimately chose the iconic address of 1 Place Ville Marie (1PVM).
Colliers' requirements were clear: to design a welcoming, technologically advanced, and bright space, while strictly adhering to the budget set by the decision-makers. Conceptum was able to meet these expectations by adhering to the organization's high standards, while integrating an aesthetic signature reflective of Montreal in a sleek and functional environment.
With the well-being of employees and visitors in mind, the layout includes a cafeteria, several meeting rooms, and a work environment that promotes adherence to the corporate culture. The open areas have been deliberately positioned near the windows, allowing as many users as possible to benefit from natural light and enjoy the spectacular views offered by the building. The spatial organization was designed to encourage flexibility and collaboration, while preserving the imperatives of confidentiality and concentration.
The result is a modern, bright, and harmonious workspace offering breathtaking peripheral views in the heart of Montreal.
