This home was designed for a developer on a “tear-down” lot in Rye, NY. We designed a classic colonial style home wrapped with cedar shingles finished with bleaching oil, stone veneer, PVC trim and asphalt shingle roofing.
The front porch extends across the main body of the house & wraps around the left side, which was finished with mahogany decking & a PVC bead board ceiling.
