The redevelopment of Concord High School delivers a series of new learning and shared facilities that respond to contemporary secondary education needs within a constrained, contractor‑led delivery framework. Our work focused on resolving and realising the design to deliver clear, functional and adaptable learning environments across the campus. We completed the design finalisation and delivery of the project for School Infrastructure NSW, working with Richard Crookes Constructions.

Delivered in time for Day 1 of Term 1, 2026, the upgrade provides three new buildings accommodating more than 40 learning spaces, including over 30 general classrooms, specialist facilities for visual arts, performing arts and PDHPE, a dedicated support learning unit with three classrooms, administration and staff facilities, and a new school hall and sports facilities. External works improve circulation, connectivity and the usability of outdoor areas across the site. Our involvement with the school commenced in earlier planning stages, supporting business case development through block‑stacking and feasibility studies.

The realised project required close collaboration with the contractor and consultant team to resolve design outcomes within a constrained programme, budget and established structural system. The completed works deliver contemporary, flexible learning environments that support the school’s ongoing growth and educational requirements.
