The project refurbishes the public and back‑of‑house areas of Belvoir St Theatre, including the Street Theatre entry corridor, ground floor foyer, and Level 2 spaces. Works included enhanced audience seating, a reconfigured bar, an updated box office and improved amenities, along with minor backstage upgrades to address compliance requirements. The design focuses on improving flow from the street through to the foyer and theatres, with circulation, seating and visibility refined to support pre‑ and post‑show use.

Flexible furniture, lighting and acoustic improvements create adaptable environments while maintaining the theatre’s established character. Durable, timeless fixtures and finishes were selected throughout, with the Green Room on Level 2 also upgraded to improve functionality and comfort for performers and staff.
