Welcome to the forefront of urban evolution as COOOP Designed joins forces with Confidential Development in Lahore, Pakistan, to unveil the revolutionary Strategic Master Plan for the expansive Confidential Project. Spanning an extensive 2,000 acres, this visionary mixed-use residential-led master plan signifies the inaugural phase of the broader Confidential Site expansion, heralding a new era of urban development in the northwest of Lahore. Crafted by ARCHI-TEX, this master plan introduces a one-of-a-kind lifestyle destination intricately woven around a state-of-the-art championship golf course.
Within this innovative development, you'll discover an array of living options, including luxury gated waterfront and golf-facing villas, 12 to 25-storey mid-rise apartments, and striking 25 to 35-storey high-rise towers. The pièce de résistance is an awe-inspiring 80-storey twin tower centerpiece poised to redefine Lahore's skyline. Beyond its aesthetic allure, this project is committed to sustainability, embodying the essence of a 'smart development.' Seamlessly connected to the city through cutting-edge traffic corridors and an extension to the City's Metro station, the development fosters a harmonious blend of work, relaxation, and recreation.
As the master plan progresses through the concept stage, covering an expansive 3,000-acre Gross Floor Area (GFA), COOOP Designed takes the lead as the master planner, emphasizing a design philosophy that not only shapes physical spaces but also takes into account human behaviour. This approach sets a new benchmark in sophisticated urban planning, where innovation converges with tranquillity. Welcome to a lifestyle redefined, where every element is meticulously curated.
