The project consists of the conversion and extention of the existing building to create apartments and an exhibition space. On the ground floor the three volumes of the building merge to form a large gallery for exhibitions. On the 1st and 2nd floor are located a studio and two apartments, while in the last two storeys a large apartment is arranged over two levels. A characteristic element is the pitched roof made of glass, which serves to provide the three storey exhibition space with natural lighting.
