Overlooking Maui’s southern shore, Coral House is a contemporary tropical residence shaped around views of the ocean, mountains, and neighboring islands. Designed as a retreat for a multigenerational family, the home brings its primary gathering spaces together around a covered lanai, pool, and open living areas.

Large pocket doors extend the living, dining, and kitchen spaces toward the exterior, while tiered flat roofs and deep overhangs provide shade and protection from sun and rain. Coral stone walls and aluminum brise-soleil screens add privacy and durability, while a green roof and concealed photovoltaic panels are integrated into the architecture. The residence achieved LEED Silver certification.
