The project is located in Miraflores in a lot of 420m2, and a built area of ​​2743.89m2 and consists of 14 departments and 100 155m2 on 7 floors, 2 basements and roof. The challenge of the project was that the departments do not harm porsteriores giving sight to a product, then the rear view is through another property, leading to a park, this is used to solve the distribution was essential to taking advantage of the different levels visual.

The other main point was to solve the density of the building as perception, this 7-story being very likely to be as high density, for this was to use the scale generated floors and break the windows and generate repeat a rhythm of openings in the facade, reducing the sense of number of floors 3, without the easy recognition of the repetition of environments on different floors.
