Courtyard Pool Villa is an approximately 6,000 sq ft private residence in Dubai designed by AEM Engineering Consultancy. The architectural concept is organized around a central swimming-pool courtyard, making the water and surrounding outdoor space the visual and spatial heart of the home.
The principal living areas open toward the pool to strengthen the connection between indoor and outdoor life. Clean geometric volumes, full-height glazing, vertical fins and a dark stone feature wall frame views across the courtyard while creating a strong contemporary identity. A double-height glazed entrance brings daylight into the centre of the house and reinforces the relationship between the arrival sequence and the pool-focused plan. AEM Engineering Consultancy provided the architectural design and visualization for the project.
