The building is located on the seaside, in the region of Cunda Island known for its strong winds. At the stage when the first design decisions were being shaped, the main target was determined by the client and an attitude that included local materials strongly but was far from the image of the Aegean Hotel with white plaster and blue window shutters.
When making design decisions in interior spaces, an atmosphere that is compatible with the “whole” and aims to provide a relaxing experience that brings the user closer to nature and natural without trying to take the back to the past, has been designed.
