The complex comprises two axes that intersect one another. The axis, which is an extension of Fabriksvej, forms the building’s pedestrian zone as well as the access road for service and fire vehicles. The intersection point of the axes forms a small, intimate plaza with the entrance of the Copenhagen Business School on one side and the common room of the complex and a restaurant on the other side.
The central part of the complex is shaped as two semi-circular buildings connected by an intermediate building by the plaza.
Additionally, the complex comprises 16 five-story tower blocks and a U-shaped building with galleries. The ground floor comprises kindergarten and day nursery.
