Dussmann Wohnbau GmbH office space is located on the third and top floor of a new building in Munich-Sendling. The tapering floor plan combines the entrance area with a meeting room, open office areas, common areas and the executive office.

The center of the entrance area is formed by the organic counter covered with Alcantara leather with brass frame. The room is framed by wooden slats, which simultaneously function as room dividers and privacy screens. They give the room a flowing structure and allow the adjoining rooms to merge into one another.

In the open office areas, employees have the opportunity to work at their spacious workstations or at the high bar tables. A small tea kitchen offers them a place to relax. The combination of warm wood, brass, Alcantara leather and green accents runs through the entire interior design and gives the office a high-quality and soft aesthetic chracter.

The highlight of the premises is the room-dividing element that separates the office space from the executive office. An aquarium is embedded in this, creating a visual link between the two rooms. A uniform design is reflected in the entire building. The rounded walls, the wooden slats and the color scheme speak a language.

In close cooperation with the carpentry company Design S, special emphasis was placed on high-quality materials and precise workmanship. The expertise of the Design S company was decisive for the planning and implementation of the partition wall with recessed aquarium.

Together we also solved the slat installation as well as the special solutions for storage space in kitchen and bathroom, the counter and the bar table situation. Based on a detailed planning basis, the special solutions were finalized and implemented together with Design S. The regular coordination of details and materials has led to a highquality result.
