Housing project in concrete and Glass. 
Minimal details define a refined project which houses 5 appartments near the Belgian Coast. 

A housing project where the research for minimal details  in concrete architecture define the outcome off this project. 
The starting point was kind of traditional. The developer wanted a building that houses 5 units. TOOP architectuur started to design the building according to building regulations.  These regulations where quiet severe but still the building looks different than other buildings around.
By carefully playing with window openings and not just stacking simular appartments on top of each other the facade becomes interesting and playfull. 
The building details we made are as pure as possible. We tried to use a minimal amount of different building materials.
Only glass, aluminium windows and concrete define the project.
