The building was born as an annex of the main house, where before there was a garden 

The client wanted a new volume where to host changing rooms and showers of the swimming pool a living area and a bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet, as well as the relevant volumes for storing the equipment. 

The idea is to build the building structure around the L-shaped picina with direct access from the living area in an ideal continuity with the internal paths. 

The staircase immersed in water invites access to the pool, the large windows delimit the dialogue between outside and inside, where large wave-shaped beams mark the space. 

The simple volumes and the roofs rest in the ground, the wooden composite strips characterize the facades. 

The metallic carpentry structure is covered with double external and internal dry walls.
