The company THEFUU, French manufacturer of E-liquid in full economic development was forced to move these premises become too cramped. The rental of two free trays of 500 m² each in the Metropole 19 company hotel managed by the RIVP, perfectly meets this growth issue. The architectural proposal is mainly organized around the principle of the forward march in the treatment of raw materials. The processes of storage, weighing, mixing, bottling are organized in a fluid way in the right wing of the project, while the back-office part, packaging and sending orders are implanted in the left wing. The laboratory for analysis and quality control, as well as the research laboratory complete the system. In the right wing is organized administrative offices, management, studio photos, and graphic design and web production. A kitchen is implanted at the heart of the project within a dynamic, circular shape thus fluidifying the spaces of circulations in carts. In order to minimize the costs and promote the evolution of the project over time, the project proposes the spatialization of fluid networks, strong and weak current, lighting, heating, compressed air, by releasing the complete height of the premises and avoiding any principle false ceiling. Partitions partition the space by integrating the different functions and offers interior frames to create visual communications between each entity. The black and white color code takes over the graphic chart of the company
