Within the eco-district, the PB macro-lot has the greatest diversity of typologies. From collective housing to intermediate housing, its footprint offers a major place to the landscape. It links the Petit Bras de Seine to the north with the PA lot to the south. It articulates and federates the entire landscape composition within the eco-district.

A set of common rules applies to the entire sector. In addition to the mineral dominance of the Seine frontage, pilings provide transparency and views of the valley. The colors and materials are declined to echo the existing. Wood, terracotta, steel, lime... So many materials that bring their natural pigmentation to the projects.
The buildings designed by us will be made with bio-sourced materials and a structure composed mainly of wood. They will also benefit from a regular structural framework allowing their adaptability and reversibility, particularly during the "Heritage" phase that will follow the Paris Olympics.
