The architectural restoration project of this enchanting historic residence had the objective of enhancing the value of the property, without altering it, preserving and emphasizing its characteristic uniqueness and particularity. The building, located in the heart of the historic center of Polignano, is a sort of architectural "jewel" and is striking for its timeless beauty.

The facade of the building is characterized by an ancient and refined white painted wooden entrance door, whose entrance is dominated by a typical stone staircase leading to the upper floor. Also worthy of attention are the splendid balconies with the characteristic wrought iron railings also painted white, peculiar to many baroque buildings in Southern Italy. As regards the interiors, it was preferred to leave the tuff exposed on the walls, interspersed with white lime plaster and to introduce a new floor in local stone.
