In this newly built mini apartment with a surface area of ​​55 m2, the interior design was deliberately conceived with the aim of organizing the spaces in the best possible way, in order to optimize them and make them as functional and usable as possible, to fully satisfy the needs. of practicality and efficiency. The living area overlooking a large external veranda is an open space with an open kitchen, dining area and small relaxation area with sofa and equipped wall. The sleeping area, which includes a double bedroom, a bathroom and a small room used as a storage room, is accessed via a small corridor closed by a sliding door that separates the two areas.

The double bedroom is spacious and illuminated by a large French window that overlooks an external veranda. Behind the bed is the wardrobe with sliding doors and on the wall there is an open bookcase with spacious storage modules.
