The work consists in the invention of a new skin for an existing industrial building; once an important functional redefinition of spaces had been realized, the cladding of the building sustains and communicates its new functions, being a high-level textile factory.

The external cladding is realized with terracotta elements produced according to the Architect’s design in “litos” finish. The material is able to communicate continuity in time, solidity and at the same time, grace to its pliability, to create solid rain screen portions which progressively open up and get transparent. Modern technologies have been merged with the company’s fine craftsmanship by using authentic handmade corner elements combined with the two industrial extrusions.
