The advanced, energetic beachfront community incorporates unique living, leisure, shopping, sports, entertainment and natural exploration. The 78.2-hectare Spanish-style development includes a 5-star hotel, a dynamic town center, yacht club, marina, sales center, commercial street and resort residential. A variety of residential products are provided ranging from beachfront townhouses, canal-side multi stories to apartments and oceanview condos. A beach promenade is proposed to provide opportunities for the public to access and enjoy the beautiful 5 kilometer-long beach. Electrical carts are promoted as the main transportation tool within the community. Pedestrian friendly paths, courtyards and gardens are niched throughout the neighborhood. The mangrove park has been restored along the inner bay side of the property, encouraging the awareness of the importance of nature in the stewardship of a successful and sustainable community. EDSA provided the conceptual master plan for the whole site and has fi nished detailed design and construction administration services for Phase I (14.4 hectares) and is currently working on Phase II.
