Case study: AI Spaces designed the offices for Drake Enterprises in Brickell, Miami.

The goal of the project was to create a space built around a single idea: the courage of embracing navigation.

A Concept Rooted in Navigation
The design language was built around two complementary concepts: "A Safe Trajectory" and "Possible Lands." The first reflects the determination to find position and direction; the second, the infinite environments waiting to be conquered. Together, they set the tone for a workplace meant to feel like a vessel moving with purpose.

Materiality.
The palette combines engineered hardwood flooring, walnut and bleached tiger maple wood veneers, a back-painted blue ombre glass feature wall at reception, leather accents, textured glass office fronts, custom-pattern broadloom carpet, and felt wallcoverings, all working together to carry the navigation concept through every finish.

Special Spaces
This language extends across the reception, lounge, conference room, war room, meeting rooms, pantry, bull pen, and private offices.
The result is an office that carries this sense of movement from reception through every corner of the floor, creating a cohesive journey from arrival to the smallest workstation.
