UBQ Offices: Calm by Design
AI Spaces | Sunny Isles Beach, Florida

Concept: A Workplace Defined by Calm
A workplace can do more than accommodate daily tasks; it can reflect a company's identity. For UBQ, AI Spaces envisioned a refined office where simplicity, warmth, and clarity shape every experience. Located in Milton Tower, Sunny Isles Beach, the design makes every square foot count while creating a light, welcoming atmosphere.

Arrival and the UBQ Wall
The experience begins at reception, where white oak, decorative wood slats, a marble-look quartz desk, and the illuminated UBQ logo establish a distinctive first impression. The UBQ Wall, a modular aluminum shelving system, turns product displays into a brand story.

Spaces for Focus and Connection
Beyond reception, the office unfolds into an open workspace with eight workstations, six private offices, a 12-person conference room, a phone booth, and a breakroom. Glass partitions preserve visual connection, allowing daylight to travel throughout the suite while balancing openness with privacy.

Materiality and Design Language
Concrete-gray flooring, warm wood finishes, stone-look quartz, and subtle greenery create a timeless palette inspired by the coastal setting. Every detail contributes to an environment that feels professional yet comfortable, composed yet inviting.
The result is more than an office: it is a thoughtful expression of UBQ's identity, designed around the people who bring it to life.
