Each company was assigned one lot to design a villa, as a result of which for all 14 "free" lots a unique sketch design could be shown. OeverZaaijer was assigned lot 2. For this lot we designed a passive villa. A building is called passive when it consumes a minimal amount of energy. In the design for this villa this was achieved by the fact that the house can "grow and shrink" in the different seasons.
