The new space was specifically designed to house the brand’s innovation center, aiming to create an inspiring and friendly environment conducive to exchanges between colleagues and partners.

The layout was designed to offer maximum flexibility to R&D teams, enabling them to adapt the space according to the specific needs of each product or project. The new space acts as a living laboratory, equipped with the latest technologies, that facilitates real-time hybrid brainstorming sessions. At the heart of this innovation center are a café area, lounges, a workroom and meeting rooms with flexible layout for both formal and informal discussions. Bookcases, acting as privacy screens in front of glass partitions, safeguard confidentiality while maintaining access to natural light.

Particular attention was paid to acoustics to meet the need for peace and quiet, and privacy. Each room has its own unique signature thanks to the furniture, and the shades, which, although reused, have been customized to enhance the liveliness and diversity of the layout, while preserving the personality of the original project. Different shades of green capture Earth Rated’s emblematic colors, while pink hues add a warm and unique touch. The subtle integration of these colors aims to customize each zone with unique materials and finishes.
