The project locates in the Partido de la Costa, province of Buenos Aires, in the Costa Esmeralda neighborhood, developed between Route 11 and the Buenos Aires maritime coast, a few kilometers from the city of Pinamar. The site stands out for its natural environment and diversity of topographic situations since the subdivision was on a strip of coastal dunes.

The lot in question is on the short side of one of the development's Polo fields in the Equestrian neighborhood. It is flat at street level and descends towards the field, lowing a height of approximately 4 meters. The topography thus defines a flat site with extensive views and a north orientation.

The project response seeks to take the data from the environment with a single-story, compact house of traditional construction and light metal roofs. It continues with the logic of the square matrix, precisely modulated and focused on the generation of intermediate spaces. Bathroom, kitchen, and laundry are in the center, the front for the private program, and the quiet part of the building for the social. At that point, the continuous gallery defines the image of the house from the Polo field. Towards the street, the bedrooms, and the entrance. In the center, a small patio established a double circulation system that illuminates and ventilates the services. To the north, towards the long views and the best orientation, the semi-covered area and the main room of the living room become one, as well as the suite with its terrace. They form a richly connected and silent system on a forceful landscape.
