Tula is one of the largest and oldest cities in the European part of Russia. In recent years, active work has been underway to restore its historical center. At the moment, the most significant city projects have been completed – the restoration of the Tula Kremlin and the Upa River embankment.

We were approached with a request to help develop the external appearance of the building, which was planned to be built on the newly restored embankment. The location in the historical center imposes many restrictions on its size and appearance. But for us it has also become a source for shaping the future building.
