An apartment to be restored in the heart of Salento, a building conceived in the 90s that required a complete radical restyling. The needs and stylistic choices of the new owner were the guideline for the development of the new project. A series of material elements and architectural concepts that must necessarily merge without prevailing over the other.
The ultimate goal was to harmonize the requests by combining them with each other after a detailed and punctual search for all the required elements, also made to measure. The architecture, the function and the single final product are placed in this space efficiently and punctually.
A stylistic combination, the urban and Nordic one with a touch of baroque elegance in the part relating to lighting. The combination of materials, such as resin that embraces the internal internal volume and marks the furnishings made of wood and leather. The lights that hang from the ceiling and follow the internal paths. The bathrooms are resined and colored, clean and welcoming lines. Each space is well defined and recognizable.
The technological and home automation aspect of the house completes the style, made more than refined in its language, also extremely innovative from the point of view of consumption and daily comfort.
The collaboration with the Italian brand of the highest level has made it possible to express the best of design research inside the apartment. Some of these are Bongio rubinetterie, Bticino, Cipì Bathroom; to these brands the mastery of the Apulian workers made the architect's ideas and projects in communion with the client come alive.
