Mixed use project (housing + commerce) located in the city of Atlixco, Puebla, Mexico.

Designed and built by Croma Arquitectura, in 2015, as the best savings investment for a couple who wanted to have commercial spaces, homes for rent and a private terrace to enjoy the view of the surroundings of the city.

Exposed materials and raw materials were considered to dress the facade and interior, in order to generate a feeling of warmth and harmonize with the adjacent constructions.

The proposal included technologies for collecting rainwater and solar cells for the departments.

FIRST LEVEL

Department A, has: kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, two bedrooms and indoor garden.

SECOND LEVEL

Department B, has: kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms.

THIRD LEVEL

Service area, consists of two laundry rooms.

Private terrace, has: living room, kitchen with bar and bathroom.
