Since the intervention is constrained by a pre-existing and extremely rigid volume, which fills almost the entire plot, this led us to develop the project as a formal element of foundation. The intervention will have two parts, a lower level with a more firm and dense character and the other, on the upper level, more ephemeral. Thus, the use of corrugated asbestos sheets used to coat the proposed volume seemed to make sense in this context. To each volume corresponds a housing unit which, despite having its own identity, together form a whole, creating a set of volumes, colors and textures that render an architectural harmony.
