“Floarea” is a home located between Lineal and Altozano parks, in the heart of a traditional neighbourhood with a rich historical heritage, closely linked to the industrial and social development of Albacete throughout the 20th century.
With an L-shaped floor plan and a surface area of approximately 100 square metres, the property has undergone a comprehensive renovation aimed at adapting it to contemporary ways of living and meeting the needs of its new owners.
Originally, the home featured a typical 1970s layout, with an excessive number of partitions, four small rooms, a long, dark corridor and a clear disconnect between the living room and the kitchen, located at opposite ends of the house.
Following the renovation, and thanks to a meticulous design process, all the spaces have been reconnected, creating spacious, light-filled living areas that flow seamlessly into one another. The kitchen, dining area and living room now form a continuous, open-plan space that encourages communication and togetherness.
The new design also incorporates a principal bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a spacious single bedroom and a study that can also serve as a guest bedroom. The former corridors have disappeared, making way for functional spaces that have been transformed into naturally lit utility rooms, fitted with bespoke cabinetry that integrates storage into every corner.
A transformation that completely reimagines the home, turning it into a bright, spacious and vibrant living environment, designed for sharing unforgettable moments.
