We enter the centre of Albacete to reach one of the city's liveliest and bustling streets, where we can discover the charm of the "Domes" as the sun sets. A home that has undergone a transformative renovation designed and executed by Z3 Arquitectura Interior, seeking spatial and light connections to create a home where you can grow up enjoying unforgettable moments with your family.
With a large façade, the apartment built in the mid-sixties was distributed into four small bedrooms, a kitchen with a pantry, two outdated bathrooms and a tiny living room.
Analysing in depth the different possibilities it offered, we opted for a design that divided it into two areas, where the first of these takes on special relevance, aimed at facilitating meetings and communication with views of one of the most characteristic domes in the city. The large living room, together with a cosy dining room, leads to the linear kitchen with its generous parallel island and endless storage space, which makes it the hallmark and heart of the house.
The hall is situated in the first instance, hugging the central light well, followed by a modern guest bathroom with large-format marble cladding throughout, as well as designer furniture and lighting. Continuing along a small gallery, we enter the study or multi-purpose room, acoustically independent from the rest, which serves as an entrance to the second area, a private and intimate section where an elegant bathroom, the individual bedrooms and the master bedroom with a longitudinal dressing room appear. In addition, an exclusive space is created for laundry and cleaning, which also includes the most sophisticated facilities of the house.
