Project and execution. A functional project to the needs of a couple looking for a change, after their children left home. The new spatialities, details and furniture used, transforms the apartment into a home, with all its liveable sectors, generating new uses adapted for two people. Focus was made from technological renovation (home automation) to attention to detail, bringing light and warmth to each of its corners.

We transformed two bedrooms into a space for multiple uses, characterized by a light sliding partition. Contrasts between colors, textures and finishes stand out. The new layout of this sector, along with its bathroom and hall, make it function as an independent department within the project. An ideal place for the guest to feel at home.

The master bedroom was transformed into a Master Suite with enough comforts to develop the entire day without having to move from it.
On the other hand, by opening the kitchen to the living room, we have generated a new space characterized by a modern home immersed in a library. The location of mirrors reflecting light and views was strategically chosen.

In summary, we have made the necessary modifications to transform an old apartment into a modern house with all its usable spaces, adapted to the scale of two people.
